Smokey's Pantry is University of Tennessee -  Knoxville's first food pantry for students, faculty, staff, and community members. The pantry began as a project of a group of Tyson House Students in January 2016 and serves 60 - 80 families each week during the fall and spring semesters.

For the Fall 2024 Semester, our weekly distribution time is on Mondays from 4:00-6:00pm. 
Volunteers always needed! UTK folks, please sign up on ServeUTK. Others should contact us directly.

 

The pantry relies on monetary donations to pay the pantry staff and donations of food and hygiene items to provide our guests with a full variety of items. Monetary donations can be made here by selecting Smokey's Pantry.
